Stepping into the backyard of our recent customers was like an Oasis. However, they wanted some type of shaded structure to help with the unbearable heat and humidity in Houston. They decided on a Laminating Roofing Panel 16′ x 16′  that provided installation year around. To tie into the beautiful backyard they decided to install the Santa Fe package in white.

Our installers added columns underneath the breezeway with re-enforced beams, so the homeowners could hang their hammocks to enjoy the beautiful Texas weather. Then our installer added built in canisters to hide the wiring to hang two outdoor ceiling fans. This is excellent idea for homeowners who want to be able to enjoy the summertime with family and friends.

The Laminated Roofing Panel is approved for wind storm areas like the Texas Gulf Coast region. It comes in three colors and three different styles to choose from. We also placed the Ice and Water Shield over the patio cover to protect against leaks from ice dam and wind driven rain.

Now our customers can enjoy the Texas weather!

It’s all in the details; with this traditional home nestled in the city of Jersey Village, Texas.  The original home’s exterior was masonite hardboard siding and aluminum windows. We installed the double pane Home Craftsmen windows by Ply Gem with the white frame. Then we installed James Hardie Siding and trim that show cased the beautiful Home Craftsmen windows. One of the focal points is the back of the home with the two picture windows that have sliders to give a better view of their pool area. Changing the colors of the exterior your home can give it a whole new appearance.

A beautiful home located in the Heights Historical District brought the “WOW FACTOR” with the bold bright color. James Hardie Siding was installed and the shutters were taken down and painted white to tie into the windows, porch and front door. This is truly a historical house in Houston!

In a quaint neighborhood nestled on a golf course surrounded by trees is a 1978 traditional two-story home in Conroe, TX. The 3200 sq ft home sits on 1/3 an acre. The original home exterior included masnite hardboard siding and aluminum windows. We installed James Hardie Cedarmill Siding and installed 27 vinyl frame insulated security windows. The vinyl security windows are energy efficient. The exterior of the home had some additional touches to complete the transformation. The two wood columns on the back on the home were replaced with aluminum white columns. The front door was painted a deep red to complete the transformation of this gorgeous home!

A two story 1940’s home nestled in the upcoming Garden Oaks subdivision recently had an exterior makeover from Allstate Siding & Windows. The original siding on the house had 1 inch lap ‘n gap wood siding. There was no insulation underneath the siding or around the windows. Allstate added fiberglass batt insulation and installed window wrap around the existing windows. The window wrap helps keep water and air infiltration from entering the house. Then we installing the James Hardie Siding to make this home beautiful again!

The finished product! The James Hardie siding is painted and the windows are trimmed in white.
